An Invitation to Work 1-on-1 with Heather
This is an invitation to business owners of established product or service companies (ideally 100k or more) with a team in place, who feel like their previously successful business has now started to slow down or plateau in growth.
They feel like they’ve been distracted from their strategic role by the day-to-day running of their business and/or a significant change in their personal life (we’re talking divorce, bereavement, illness etc.) and now want greater focus and strategic direction to uplevel their business and get it back on track for growth.
This programme is a 90-day private 1-on-1 intensive and here’s what we work on together:
1) Clarifying your current situation and helping you out of overwhelm:
This means we do a deep dive into your current situation and look at what’s working and what’s not working. We look at your current business model to see if it needs changing to fit with your lifestyle and current circumstances, and we also focus our attention on reducing any stress or overwhelm, so you can begin to think clearer and make more focused decisions.
2) Upleveling for strategic growth:
Once we have clarity on your current situation, we turn our attention to the future and where you want to take your business next. We’ll look at what type of customers you’d want to attract (higher-paying customers who stay longer and spend more) and create a timeline for improvement.
3) Connecting with your business uniqueness:
I then help you reconnect to your business and its authentic core, where you’ll be introduced to its personality, voice, preferences, and style. We do this by personifying it (thinking about your business as if it’s a person). This is a fun, simple and powerful technique which will provide you with huge insight and understanding to enable up levelling of your entire marketing for greater ROI.
4) Attracting next-level’ growth customers:
In conjunction with point 3, you’ll be introduced to a powerful neuro-science technique helping you and your team ‘walk in the shoes’ of your ideal ‘next-level’ growth customers. This will allow you to know exactly who you should be targeting, where they’re located and how to communicate with them effectively.
5) At the end of this programme when you’re feeling more focused and have greater strategic direction, I also help you include your team in any changes. This may include specific team training on points 3 and 4 above, with the focus on improving productivity, increasing staff retention and motivation.
Included in the program is:
–Weekly one-on-one Zoom sessions (90 minutes)
–Very concise assignments, documents, and resources (videos and audio recordings)
–Two private zoom workshops (customer journeying and business persona sessions)
–unlimited feedback via Messenger between our weekly sessions
